At the beginning we did not know what to expect from the "Gimme Mo!" Album of the 'Maureen & The Mercury 5' formation from Los Angeles, California. Especially because on the front of the CD cover there was a cartoon of a lady dressed in lingerie with a bottle of whiskey in her hand that is challenging to watch a completely exhausted looking naked guy on a bed…..But what about the tracks on "Gimme Mo!"? Well, in short: excellent. It is dancing and swinging with rockabilly songs like "The Keepin 'Kind" (see video), "Drink Him Down", "Mambo Joe" and "What's It Gonna Take". In addition, there are also catchy sing-along songs like "Mr. Love Love "and" He Said, She Said ", some more R & B slipping songs with" Gimme Mo! "Or" Shoot Me Cupid "and even emotional love ballads with" This Is not Love "and" Anywhere Without Me Can " 't Be Right “…a guarantee for 35 minutes of top entertainment.
